1. Service

Sailors eSIM Hub resells travel eSIM data plans supplied by third-party mobile network providers. eSIMs are delivered digitally over WhatsApp as a QR code or activation string.

2. Eligibility

Your device must be eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked. It is your responsibility to confirm compatibility before purchase.

3. Orders & payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Payment is collected online through our payment processor. An order is confirmed once payment is successfully received.

4. Delivery

Your eSIM is delivered on WhatsApp after payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes and up to a few hours.

5. Acceptable use & fair usage

Plans are for lawful personal use. "Unlimited" plans provide full-speed data for the plan's full duration with no speed throttling. We reserve the right to act on abusive use (e.g. reselling, industrial-scale tethering) that violates the network provider's fair-usage policy.

6. Coverage & speed

Coverage and speed depend on local network availability and are not guaranteed.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant plan.

8. Changes

We may update our plans, prices and these terms from time to time.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
